DESCRIPTION:
Kiwimesh PVC Coated Roof Safe Mesh is a welded, mild steel wire mesh with a PVC coating, used as a support for roofing underlays and insulation. It also provides a safety net against falls during initial roof installation and for ongoing maintenance work.
KEY FEATURES & BENEFITS:
- Consists of a welded, mild steel wire mesh with longitudinal wires spaced at 150mm centres and cross wires spaced at 300mm centres.
- It is comprised of a 2.0mm diameter galvanised wire with a tensile strength exceeding 450mpa. This is coated and baked with a white plastic vinyl coating.
- Also available in galvanised steel without the PVC coating.
- Ideally suited for use in areas affected by coastal salts, near swimming pools, factories using corrosive chemicals, or intensive animal farming such as piggeries or chicken sheds.
- Suitable for both timber and steel structures.
- White colour blends well with white faced aluminium foil and other building materials for a more attractive finish.
- Complies with Safety Mesh Standard AS/NZS 4389: 2015.
